1992 Corvette ZR-1 Is a Classic for the Taking
With an asking price of only $59,000, you may want to jump quickly on this 1992 Corvette ZR-1 with a little over 1,000 miles on the odometer.

I also noticed a 1993 Z, Comp Yellow w/ white interior on Hemmings. That car has just under 8k mi. and the asking price is $52k. I think it was originally listed at $70K when I first saw it a few months ago.
Seems white interior cars bring the $

I have the same combo
I've also got a black '92 with white interior, base coupe with six speed manual. Gorgeous color combination and I had never seen another like mine until this post. My only regret is that mine is not a Z too...

I have the only other Yellow/white... Would be nice to own the Black/white to go with it.

It's my car. There were 3 black/white zr-1s produced from 1990-1995. Two in 1992 and one in 1993. This is only surviving Black/white 1992 Zr-1. Other one was salvaged.

A couple of months ago I did a search on the internet about future values of Corvettes. There was an interesting article about the best Vettes to buy as a future collectable. They listed 5 or 6, but the C5 Z06 and the C4 ZR1 were on the top of the list. According to the article they have either bottomed out in depreciation or are very near and will begin to ascend in value very soon.
Wouldn't it be nice if they took their base brothers and sisters along for the ride.

I may be mistaken but I thought a lady offered a 93 BkRose/White for sale on the forum a few years back. Regardless, you have a nice one

Do you know if there is any way to find out how many black/white base coupes were made too? I have one (as mentioned above) and had never seen another until these pics of your Z surfaced. I knew that color combo had to be rare in any of the Vettes from the few years they offered the white sport seat interior, but had no way of finding the data. I absolutely love mine, although it is a bear to keep clean, inside and out. Appreciate any info you can provide.

Black Rose different color. I thought there was a Black-White 91 for sale last year. The owner also had another Corvette for sale, can't remember what year. This 92 might be the same car.

Same car I've had it for sale. My last Zr-1. Sold my 93,94, and 95 with RK last year.

Very nice car and color combo and it looks very classy however as the previous owner of 6 black exterior cars and 2 white interior C4's both together has got to be one PITA to keep clean...

Not to hijack this thread--the posted car is very nice although as noted above a fairly high priced car. If anyone is interested my 1995 Polo Green/Beige WARP TEN is still available at a reduced price of $41,950. Two prior owners, 30k miles, stock except for Haibeck 350/510 HP package and a couple of other subtle mods--4.10s, stock looking Hurst, electric cutouts (about $55k total investment). All engine compartment take off parts come with it for an easy return to stock appearance for certification judging. Just returned from the Bowling Green gathering, 900 miles and it ran flawlessly. Ran the track touring session and even won the Show and Shine NCM Car show on Friday. A great value if you want one of the last ZR-1s produced (#409 of 448) plus an extra 100 HP just for fun. Mark Haibeck has done all the work and servicing on the car. More details in the C4s for Sale section here.--Bob
