This sounds like a great car. As the poster above says check out the zr1registry. Has the car had the injectors replaced and the Bose speakers repaired? Those are the 2 biggest issues with these cars. Along with the oil lines coming out of the engine near the oil filter. I would say the car is worth 28 to 32k.
Does the car have its original gator back good year tires ?

I'm assuming 425 rwhp, yes?
I'm a warrior, not a "waxer" (or NCRS follower). So, take it FWIW, but I see the car as "conflicted". I would guess whatever market appeal for being a Lingenfelter-modded car would have, would be offset by those same mods to a buyer of a car in the NCRS market, no?
And, tho the gatorbacks and very low mileage have some market value to someone looking for an NCRS car, I doubt they add any value to a Lingenfelter car; they sure didn't in MY case!
425 rwhp is approx 485 at the crank, unless a lightweight FW is installed. (In that case, Marc Haibeck's dynojet data shows about 15 effective rwhp increase, bringing it to 500 effective at the crank. 500 at the crank is pretty common; state of the art being more like 510+ for a porting/phasing/exhaust upgraded LT5.)
All this to say...I don't think a (Fidanza) FW is going to be a minus, but rather a nice to have modification, to me. As described, it should go for mid $20s at least, would be my guess.

As for NCRS you could put the factory system on 475hp package and NCRS wouldn't know the car was ever touched, unless you paid for the LINGENFELTER plenum engraving.
The gatorbacks obviously add no "real" value other then it could show to a prospective buyer the car hasn't been beat on. Its tells a story to a new buyer as long as the rest of the car looks the part.
I would agree mid 20's would be a very fair deal for a car with a little name recognition behind it. If it were my car I'd price the car at $28,900 given its single digit miles and listen.

priced right, it would appeal to many, as those mods do not, as said by an earlier poster, conflict with NCRS aspirations.
Paperwork and 2 owners, both a BIG plus!
Simply saying "car for sale" is just not enough if you want to get it to the next caretaker, at a fair price for both parties in a timely fashion.
A ZR-1 is special; a Lingenfelter tuner car, even more so!
Describe it as such.

some real info
an "offered at price", will get the conversations going forward.

I had a nice black/black 475 car
not familiar with the 425 package and never heard of it
you need to post specifically what the mods are, pics, and some additional info on the car.
price is what the market will bear

I had an LPE 475 package. it was indeed light porting on heads, stock cams, but there were also oliver rods and forged pistons with the stock bore and nikasil liners
very nice setup if they had been more aggressive with cams and porting.
ran fantastic and was very well balance.
an LT5 "only more so"
but I'm partial to the 390 LSV, only one, 508 rwhp.
