Default Questions about my 1990 vette

1. While the engine is cold all day, I open up my radiator and antifreeze comes out, why is that? Also the antifreeze doesn't suck out from the reservoir.

2. When I am at the light or stop sign, my engine idles high or low, what's the cause of that? I have a feeling it wants to die out.
please help.

I have a 90 as well. The coolant issue I can't speak to. The idle being up or down maybe. How many miles are on your car? What exact fuel are you running? Have you put ANY additives in your fuel? What injectors are on your car? I assume they are not stock.
