Default Import vs domestic

today is the finals of the import vs domestic at MIR in budds creek

watch out for 234 as there is now a one way at a time over the bridge

take trinity church instead

some great times on Fri A j2z went 5.83 at 240 which is a pretty respectable time even for buzzin half duzin and competative with an alchy funny at that track (big top end)

raining now but due to clear up and the air will be mineshaft quality so records will likely fall.

the amazing thing is the new "norm" for these little turbo monsters is 170-180 for the hondas and 190-200 for the big doggie turbo supras

one gent recognized the limitations of the bottom end and cut a billet two piece block that looks more like a tranny case than a block

I didn't even ask the price. I also saw a full billet ls block that I liked until they told me it was 10k, punching above my weight class on that one!

the domestic guys represented well too with many low 6s

We will likely see many more 5 sec times today after the rain quits and the track is prepped

race starts at 10 yamobethere

Thought this was gonna be about international ZR-1’s. And I know there’s a couple of RH drive ones in Australia and New Zealand

A 100+ "peeks" I'd say hints that most thought it was a ZR-1 related conversation!
