Is it normal for a 92 Corvette with 27,000 miles to have the main rear seal ,crank seal, rear wheel bearings & manifold gasket to be replaced?

I would clean or have engine cleaned. Then add oil dye. After 20 or more miles black light looking for source of leak. Need to get car on ramps or a lift so you can get a good leak from underneath. It could be " China wall" the ends of intake use rtv to seal it to block. Oil can seep past old rtv and run down near front and rear seals.
