Default Oil Cooler Line Leaks

The oil leak that I thought was coming from the air cond. lines are from a very tiny hole in the crimp connection of the engine oil cooler line. I either need a new line or possible repair of the old line it almost looks like a weep hole in the crimp. I suspect this was a problem from the beginning of the car when built never would have suspected it coming from that connection. Does anybody know if there are any original lines available out in the marketplace?
Thanks for the help in advance

Why keep originals?
Others usually have leaks in the swaged fittings of the original Oil Cooler Hoses themselves but not often.

Yes.......if you are talking connection to Oil Cooler....there ARE two "O" rings that can be replaced.

I make my own SS Braided Oil Cooler Hoses. To do that you have to have an adapter Connector for the Oil Cooler which is difficult to find. See SS Braided Oil Cooler Hoses and Fittings

There are options to making your own, including black braided nylon. The crimp fittings can be easily painted for the original "all-black" look.

Google LT5 Oil Cooler Hoses & look on the first page for the only listing with 5 star rating. Kit is complete with all seals & fittings.

Old thread, can the stock hoses be rebuilt at a shop that does custom hydraulic hoses? Does jerry offer a direct fit 90 oil cooler hose set or just parts to make your own. Thanks

Dont know about the first part of your question, but the second part is yes, Jerrys offers a direct replacement set of hoses. You can see them on my engine below.

Im taking mine to a local hydraulic shop and they are using compression fittings on the one side with the had formed lines and hydraulic crimped fittings on other. $100.

Any hydraulic service shop can make a set for you using the original fittings and a little bit of ingenuity as the fittings on the oil cooler side are not off the shelf items.
When I had mine repaired by a local tractor shop about 10 years ago, it took at least half a dozen visits to finally get a set that fit and worked as they should.
Save yourself the headache.
Buy the ones from Jerry's Gaskets, you will not be disappointed.
