i have 1994 zr1 LPE
The problem is shown in code 61 only by high rpm..
If you have an idea?

the sec vacum pump kicks on and off as it should but have leak ...so
i open the plenum
i clean all injectors and replace the wires and spark plugs ..and all of hose secondary actuator (gm 10168624)
and replace secondry valve
that no need coz gates has been canceled
Then i turn on the engine but the sec vacum pump kick on just one time and the problem remains

You replaced to secondary vacuum acuator solenoid? Did I read that correctly?

Based on your PM apparently you did. Did you test or replace the differential MAP sensor under the plenum?
