Can anyone with a 3D printer reproduce the side gill 90 black rub strip. and have it say ZR-1 maybe with the bow tie? it is the same part 84 to 90. The attachment points on the inside may be a challenge. Would be a cool project for all 84-90 cars to be able to customize what they want on it.
If no one on the forum steps up, there is a guy i've been following for a while now that can do it. You would need to send him the part to 3D scan, model and then he could replicate. He has endless videos of the process on his FB page. ** I have zero affiliation **
Would you have the approximate dimensions of the part on your 90 to check if that would fit into a "standard" hobbyist printer (can't check on my car at the moment) ?
My printer can print up to 19.5" in diagonal. I also have a scanner but the part seems simple enough to reverse engineer it by measurement.
The strip is damaged on my 93 Z so I might need one as well. How different the part is from a 90 one (apart from the "TPI" letters) ?
If attachements point are too difficult to make, they could be replaced by threaded metal inserts or equivalents.

It part is the same from 84-90 only 84 has Crossfire on it all years mount the same. Of coarse they are Rt & Lt. About 17 inches long. If you remove your you will see the mounting stud area would be a bit complex and my have to be done in 2 parts and glued together.
The second option would be a snap over cover to the original part, but this may look out of place.
Back in 2009 I took a stock 1984 strip with cross fire injection on it. Filled the cross fire injection with with body filler, then had a print shop make a decal that read
SGC BLACK WIDOW 368
Take's a little time to do ,but came out great

91-96 fender panels don’t have the seperate strip,it’s molded with the fender panel.
