Clint, I think it was you that saw his garage. Heard he has 9 ZR's, what are they? I know about his '91 w/ a 415, I believe it's got Callaway ground effects. Is it the red one on South Georgia Corvettes website?
Anyway, If I could one day have a ZR collection here's what I go with.
'90 red/red-classic
'90 red/red- (I think red int.) Fast Lane
Racing's 431" think it's gone hi 8's.
'93 40th anniv(ruby red/ruby red) rare and
sweet.
'94 white/black, SW's 415". 701hp, nice
color combo too.
'94/'95 comp yellow/black- ooh
'94/'95 admiral blue/blue- very nice
'94 comp yellow/red- only 1 made, saw it in
person, pretty cool
'94 comp yellow/black (I think- saw it
behind glass) Dennis' LPE 368" TT

I guess I could hang on to my lowly '91 blk/blk LPE 368" since it's my first ZR. That makes an even nine. There's lots of other nice ones out there, that would be heaven though.

Phil is one of my closest friends in the ZR-1 world and I like to think the feeling is mutual.
That Callaway ZR-1 on South Georgia Corvette's website is George Bryce's(of Star Racing)former car. It's now somewhere in Wisconsin.
Lowly 368" ZR-1? Oh,please! Here,let me cry some crocodile tears for you,George. [img]http]//www.corvetteforum.cc/ubb/biggrin.gif[/img]
I've seen your car before and it certainly is no slouch.

Clint, Phil sounds like a real cool guy. Do you remember what his other ZR-1's are?

Must be nice huh Clint? Your ZR's on my list too but I don't think I'd ever be able to pry the keys out of your hand

Probably the only ZR-1 I would sell or trade my car for, would be a 93 40th Anniversary. I would love to build a modified 40th ZR-1.

I would really like a 415" stroker,Wayne. They just seem to do everything so well. Aaron Scott at South Georgia Corvettes quoted me $24K to bump my LT5's displacement up to that size. Only one problem;I don't have $24K right now.
