IMHO prices are a bit high especially with those miles.....keep looking

You need to see the car. I have read ads for cars described as "mint" that were actually ragged out POS's. The 1991 sounds like it could be a good deal but remember modified ZR1's are generally worth much less because the collector value had been destroyed. 1991's generally seem to be the cheapest as well. You would think '90's would be cheaper but they are a one year type and usually faster.

In short, drive the car and look it over very carefully. There are lots of cars out there and you will find a good one at the right price.
