After the Black Hills trip, my motor is full of dust and junk. I want to clean it but I am afraid of staining my engine. (My engine has no stains what so ever.) How should I clean my engine?

I just use a damp rag on my engine,Rick. If it's really filthy,I sometimes use Simple Green cut with water 50/50 or Ibiz cleaner.

All I have ever used is just a cotton rag with plain hot water.

Or you can do what I did and permanently remove the stains...

"Avi", your intake does look good - and not a stain on it. Does you car match your intake?

Clint,
I just blew all the dust off with my air comp. and wiped the heavy stuff with a damp rag. It worked good. Thanks for all the recomendations.
