Is the price too much????
Hi to the Forum.....
I am in NJ on a business trip and a friend saw a '93 for sale. Very nice body, good interior....but with 173,000 miles.
The owner wants $8500.00.....is this too much????
We have no idea about the engine, trans, etc.

Yeah, I'd say so. YOu really need a complete list of everything that's been done to the car, and when it was done (mileage and time). It isn't just the 13 years old, it's the number of miles.
It should be interesting to see what the owner says. Unless it's unusual (which it could very well be), this will be a many owner car which means some of the history of repairs/replacements will not be available.
