Take your time...there are LT1 cars out there for that price that are well kept. Just gotta be patient.

Well kept, and well used. An L98 is in range of that price, and you can get a good L83 for that price. An L98 for that price probably needs a little attention, but not too bad. These are all old cars, have money in reserve for repairs.

Nothin wrong with that combo. I fly small airplanes and I'd take an old Cessna flown everyday/meticulously maintained versus one that sits 340 days/year that is maintained based on mileage (hrs if airplane) despite its age.

I'll tell you right now, if you'll take an auto...they ARE out there. 6spds are tougher to find, but there have been a few of those even over the past year. I've seen some NICE auto LT1 cars that can be bought for that money. Not a doubt in my mind.

he bought a 1987 auto 130000 nice first vett 3200 runs and drives fine.
its already got c5 rims on it and new dash and seats.
