As far as I know, I am the 2nd owner of the car. The original owner purchased the car new from Apple Chevrolet in Illinois, and then sold/traded the car to a dealer near St. Charles, Illinois where I purchased the car last July.

The Autocheck report lists the car as 3 calculated owners, but they are including the dealership where I bought the car from as an owner.

Default Cal registration

If there have been no modifications done, this car should pass Cal smog with no problem. Good luck

This one is it, if in the market for a GS, it will be tough finding a nicer one with good history and care and priced well.

No modifications to the engine, transmission or emissions equipment. Cats are still in place, and the Corsa exhaust bolts on after the cats. Cats, Oxygen sensors, etc. are all as stock.

Sure, I don't think there is anything wrong with sharing that information. I bought the car from D&M Motorsports in Illinois.

What's the silver bar shown in the rear compartment??? Do you have a picture of the privacy screen in place? And lastly, how about the original floor mats??

TIA,

Dave

The silver bar is the emergency hood release tool I purchased from Gordon Kilebrew. I just keep it in the cargo area. I can take a pic of the privacy screen and post it up later today.

I do have the original floor mats as well. I'll take a pic of those also.

FYI...there is nothing wrong with the hood release on the car, I just picked up the emergency tool as a precaution. A good thing to have for any C4 owner.

Sorry for the slight delay, I was just now able to get out there and take a couple of pics. Sorry for the lighting, the car is in the garage and was under cover so the pics may not be the best.

Here is a pic of the cargo area cover extended (first time I've ever had it extended) and a pic of the original Grand Sport floor mats.

Is there any rust whatsoever on the lower handle portion of the parking brake? Can you get me a picture of that with the boot slightly pulled down, thanks.

I don't see why there would be, but I will check and take a picture and post it.

Wasn't able to take a picture this evening, but will try to take one tomorrow in better light. I did look at the emergency brake though, and it doesn't appear to have any rust. There are a couple of tiny spots here and there on the interior handle where it isn't finished, but not rusty by any means. It looks like a normal C4 emergency brake handle/assembly.

Is this a problem area or something that I'm not aware of?

Yes it is...I didn't think that with a car in this condition that I would be answering questions about the e-brake handle and the cargo area privacy shade. To each their own I guess.
