It's either an extremely nice driver or a slightly above average show car. I've fixed everything that I know to be wrong.
Interior is in very good shape. I'd put it above a 9 actually. Driver's seat bolster shows some but minimal wear. Footwell carpet has some minor wear most around dead pedal area. Center trim plate has two small 'peel' marks.
Windshield has some delamination around the edges. Center is better than most.
Paint overall seems very good.
Issues: Front bumper has two small indentions & a ~4" cross-wise scratch on the frontal area. Both front bumper sides have a scratch. The passenger rear bumper on the soft upper part paint from the surface looks normal from a distance but when you get real close you can see spiderwebbing--I'd guess someone pushed against it.
I'm asking $33,500. Consider new tires & owned by an enthusiast that has gone through the car to fix all of the nuisances. Get in and drive.

I have seen this car as it is local to me. It is everything Ted says it is. Good luck with the sale. We still need to meet so I can see the rest of your collection.
