Yes the car is still available. I am located in a northwest suburb of the the Minneapolis area. I believe the 2 items function that way because of a chip change. Both are a very common change that most have done so they don't have the annoyance of using the power key every time they start the car and having to accelerate hard enough in 1st gear to not have it go to 4th gear at every stop light.
