I now own my first Corvette. Miss the Mustang, but that is gradually diminishing each time I hit the throttle. Wicked! My appreciation to Mr. Max and the smooth deal.

FRC = Fixed Roof Coupe
99 and 00 = Hardtop
01+ = Z06
The body style wasn't changed for the Z06, only performance. Obviously brake cooling ducts <> body style change.
I would have considered my old Z06 an FRC
As a previous Z06 owner (with countless mods.) I now prefer the 99-00 fixed roof coupe for the price. I would end up taking everything off that made the car a Z06 in the first place anyways (except for glass, etc.)
99 and 00 = Hardtop
01+ = Z06
