In an effort to keep you informed, once the October finance frenzy is over; GM
has anounced the following:

" THE FOLLOWING APR WILL BE USED ON '01 AND '02 MODELS AND WILL
BE EFFECTIVE 11/01 - 01/15/02:

CARS 3.9 / 4.9 / 5.9 % FOR 36/48/60 MONTHS

TRUCKS 4.9/5.9/6.9 % FOR 36/48/60 MONTHS "

For those who have wondered what would happen at the end of this month,
the above information is as we have received it. Still pretty decent rates for those who were trying to purchase a new Corvette under special finance rates and GREAT news for most of you who would prefer to order the exact car that you want in lieu of taking that which happens to be on the lot. Of course the above mentioned rates are subject to credit approval by GMAC.

With that said, I wanted to thank all of those customers that have called with reference to the vehicles that I have available that would be eligible for the special financing. While I was not able to help many of you acquire a Corvette by the end of the month due to not having the proper vehicle to match your
request, I have received my allocation report for shipments due in December and January. They will be ordered in the month Prior to shipment so the following vehicles are those that are available to order to your specifications:

This week: 2 Coupes or Convertibles - Yellow is available to me this week
10-18 - 2 Coupes or Convertibles - One presold ZO6
10-25 - 2 Coupes or Convertibles - One Presold ZO6
11-01 - No Corvette Order Activity.

These vehciles will be ordered this month with expected shipment in November.

November Orders for December Build weeks

5 - Coupes or Convertibles that are Available
2 - ZO6 units that are available

December Orders for January Build weeks

6 - Coupes or Convertibles That are available
3 - ZO6 units that are available.

If you have been wanting to order your specific Corvette and are now ready to do so, Please contact me at your convenience. This year , I am discounting the coupes and convertibles by $ 1500 off the MSRP and $ 1000 off the ZO6
MSRP.

Not all that special, People First's rate is 6.19% for 60 months, people should go ahead and buy

The new rates are competitive; my military credit union is offering 6.10% for 60 moth loans (new and used). I'm going to refinance down to a 36 month loan.

The biggest difference I've noticed are the going prices on new/used C5's. Best time to be buying a new/used C5 is NOW.
