I bought my C5 about a year ago as a weekend car. Since then if has been a work in progress but I am now in need of money for an engagement ring so she must go for now ( her or the fiance') I know a tough choice... Here is what I have done to it.

Throttle body is Breathless Performance 90mm ported and Polished
Breathless Performance Coolant Bypass as well
Magnaflow Mufflers with polished tips

Custom Stereo
Punch Amps pushing a Punch DV 10 in custom box with Polk Pro highs and mids.

Head unit (radio) is Pioneer AVNIC-1 with navigation
