This is a 2001 Chevy Corvette in Torch Red. $21,000.00
Up for sale is really nice 2001 C5 Z06, I purchased this in June and love the car. Since purchasing I bought new tires Nittos front and rear, had exhaust redone a little to compensate for some deficiencies from previous owner, installed tick performance master cylinder with speed bleed line, complete monster stage 3 700 hp clutch with all upgrades possible, to include 18lb. billet flywheel, new arp bolts, etc. Has kooks LT headers, carbon fiber intake. Car is making right at 415 rwhp., had it dynoed when the clutch was installed. Also have Z06 floor mats, custom corvette logoed car cover, just installed aftermarket radio with ipod connection and bluetooth, and installed ported throttle body, and a oil catch can.There is blemish on front bumper not much, but that is the one thing keeping this from being a prestine like new vehicle. The only reason I am contemplating selling is because my wife is not 100% happy with my recent purchase, and if I could get my money back out or at least close to it, I would consider sell.
There will be no joyrides, test drives, etc. unless cash or financing are in hand. This car is in Murfreesboro, TN. I would be looking to get 24,000 out of car, sorry but price is going to be pretty firm, mainly because I don't really want to sell it, and I already have more than that in it. I will entertain reasonable offers, but keep the before mentioned in mind. This is really great car if interested in C5 Z06, you will not be disappointed, car runs and drives extremely well.

Higher lift cam. Dual Valve springs. Very strong retainers. Full headers, straight pipes to X-pipe to adjustable mufflers. So it screams under acceleration but it's downright tame at speed. Snarly exhaust. She's dyno tuned at 415HP to the ground. Still very highway ready.

The wheels have color matched red blades on the flat side. These are OEM Z06 wheels.

Kooks custom FULL STAINLESS headers and exhaust. This is a full stainless system, running into dual mufflers in the back. The mufflers are tunable from near stock sound all the way to ridiculous.

If the fixed projectors are not for you- They are easy to swap back out. These are HID lights as well.

Sorry about link to ebay for pics, the car has not changed been hand washed and waxed and kept in shelter, driven for fun on weekends and ran, but have not yet had it on dragstrip, although I would love to just to see what the car would run, but anyways. Back to pictures, I guess i'm computer illiterate, but I don't know how to post pics on this forum. I was going to post pics. from when I had clutch installed while it was torn down at the shop, but could not figure it out then, sorry. Anyone can pm me with directions and I will make it happen.

Price reduction to 22,000, I did notice some oil usage after car had sit idle for about three weeks, used about a quart the first two days I drove it, watched it and drove it, been driving all week in the evenings just a little to keep an eye on this issue, and to date it has not used anymore, my buddies are telling me it probably needs valve seals, and its no big deal just keep an eye on it and drive it more often. Anyways just wanted anyone interested to know the truth about vehicle.

Sorry for indecision on my part to all interested, I have decided to probly just keep the car, just put a stage3 RPM differential in it now, so I think I have most of weak links fixed, but unfortunately that also puts me in car for alot more money than it could be sold for. With that in mind I will probly just keep car for some enjoyment for myself. Nothing is not for sale but it would be more that most would be interested in, as I have roughly 31000 in it now, and would have to at least get 25000 back out of to let it go. If anyone interested with all this in mind we can discuss.
