2003 Millennium yellow Z06. This is the 50th Anniversary model. I am the fourth owner.
• The first owner only had the car for 1 year and put 8k miles on it. He purchased a Ford GT instead and sold this car to his buddy.
• The second owner was a man in his 50’s who drove the car 5 miles to work every day. He put another 25k miles on the car.
• The third owner, a friend of mine, purchased the car in May of 2009 with roughly 33k miles.
• I purchased the car in Sept. 2011 from Global Motor Cars with roughly 67k miles. This car has been absolutely babied by me and the previous owners. I had a user car inspection performed by Classic Chevrolet. A couple of items came up, but were resolved by Global Motor Cars.
Mods and Additions by 2nd owner:
-Small CAM (I don’t know what brand as the second owner installed this)
-Long Tube headers (I don’t know what brand as the second owner installed this)
-Short Throw Shifter (I don’t know what brand, as the second owner installed this)
Mods and Additions by 3nd owner:
-Cat Delete
-Vararam Intake
-Column Lock Bypass
-Lowered on bolts
-19” Chrome Z06 wheels in the rear with 245/35/ZR18
-18” Chrome Z06 wheels in the front with 305/30/ZR19
-Slotted and cross drilled rotors with carbon ceramic pads
-Lloyds mats
-Under carriage rollers
-Carbon-Fiber air bridge
-Window tint
-Skip shift eliminated
-Removable “Z06” Partition between trunk and cabin
-Complete Custom Stereo install. The sub box and amp are unitized as one piece. If you want to, you can easily pull the entire box/sub/amp out of the trunk. It takes about 5 minutes to do it! Then you can put it all back in with the same ease. You will probably not be able to find another C5 Vette for sale with a double din head unit with the look of an OEM install!)
Mods and Additions by me:
-Rebuilt transmission by dealership at 67k miles
-New Tune with new spark plug wires and spark plugs (NGK copper) at 67k miles (by Auto Adrenaline)
Imperfections:
-Painted wheels high glass black has minor curb rash
-Few paint chips
-Some interior bulbs on console and HVAC system need to be replaced (This is common for C5)
Repairs that have been performed by me
-Replaced the cracked Heads Up Display (HUD) plastic shroud (This is common for C5)
-Replaced driver’s window pulley system with authentic GM parts
-Battery replaced
-Replaced the driver side plastic door framing on the outside of the car which had a hairline crack (This is common for C5)
-Painted wheels high glass black
Repairs that have been performed by the third owner
-Starter replaced. (Solenoid was sticking so the entire thing was replace)
-Driver side window regulator replaced.
-Battery replaced.
-Replaced rear transverse spring bolts.

My 02 Z06, 93k miles, $15.5K. Runs like a top. Have owned four Vettes in the last 15 years and have known them all inside and out. This one has a few mild aftermarket mods: Donaldson Blackwing air box; Billy Boat Exhaust; professionally installed tint; trunk partition divider. “Mod Red” interior. Brand new aftermarket Pioneer receiver (from Crutchfield) which I installed myself. “Shorty”antenna. All fluids are top-quality synthetics… tranny, diff, brake fluid, and all done recently. All oil changes have been done with Royal Purple. Car is current on all maintenance (maintenance log and all receipts convey.) Stock valve springs were replaced with "Pac 1218" springs which are much stronger than stock (some Z06s had valve spring failures; this was just preventative maintenance, no performance gain.) C6 shift lever. “Skip Shift” eliminator. Cleared corner lights / turn lenses with high-output LED switchback lights. Interior lights have been upgraded to high output white LEDs vs. old yellow stock lights. Stock shocks replaced with new 2011 Z06 shocks… car tracks like a rocket sled as a result. Recent inspection. Car has never been abused.
