01 Z06, LS2, TEA Heads/ Cam, CCW, Pfadt Suspension
Hey guys, I'm eye'ing a V3 CTS-V and the Cadillac dealer has made me a pretty good trade-in offer, but with the list of mods the car has, I'd rather let it go to a forum member. Asking $19,250 OBO (do not hesitate to send me an offer). Car has a valid CA emissions certificate in hand (stock exhaust reinstalled). Clean and clear California title in my name (no back fees or lien).
I bought this car bone stock in Feb of 2014 with the intentions of making it primarily a street, secondarily an HPDE car. Life has a way of altering plans, and I never made it to the track with the new motor/ trans/ diff. Front to back, only the best parts have been used. The car itself has 79,xxx miles. The motor, trans, and diff have ~8,000 miles. I would rate the exterior as a 7/10 and the interior as an 8/10. It is a nice driver that would also make a great foundation for a Corvette Challenge/ track car. Tuned by Cunningham Motorsports and made 471/442 on his Mustang Dyno (with longtube headers and Fast intake. Car drives fantastically will need to be retuned for optimum power if you intend to run the stock manifolds and hpipe). Ice cold a/c. Car was inspected at A&A Corvette for a buyer's who's financing fell through, and has a clean bill of health.
Mods are as follows as of 8/9/17:
Motor:
GM LS2 24x shortblock
TEA 2.5 243 heads w/ turned down LS3 hollow stem valves (heads alone were $2100)
Milled for 11.4:1 compression (runs great on 91 octane)
Fel Pro .041" head gaskets for optimal quench
ARP head studs
LS6 intake manifold, LS6 78mm t/b
Flowmatched OEM GM 36LB Injectors
Johnson short travel lifters
BTR platinum springs
BTR Stage 2 cam
BTR hardened pushrods, trunions
Melling medium volume oil pump
JWIS C5R Timing Chain
ATI Super Damper 10% balancer
AC Delco wires, radiator hoses, water pump, tensioners, idler pullies
Walbro 255LPH fuel pump
Exhaust:
**stock manifolds and hpipe currently installed**
Drivetrain:
LS7 clutch w/ remote bleeder
Fidanza aluminum flywheel balanced by QMP Racing Engines
Tick master cylinder
New torque tube bushings and bearings
RPM Stage 5 T56 w/ 30 spline main shaft
RPM Stage 2 Diff w/ Wavetrac differential
Suspension:
GM T1 front upper control arms
GM T1 rear wheel studs
Russell braided stainless steel brake lines
Hardbar front camber stud kit
Lowered 1/2" on stock bolts
Aligned with stock alignment settings
2004 Z06 swaybars
2004 Z06 Sach's shocks
Interior:
Driver's seat converted to manual slider to fix seat rock issue
LMC5 column bypass
HVAC digital display fix
Wheels / Tires:
Mint chrome C5 5-spokes
Near Nitto tires in stock sizes
Misc:
New battery
Low profile jacking pucks

$19,500 is a good price. If I was in the market I'd be on this one. GLWS

I would be very interested in buying your car if you were closer to NC. I wish you the best in recovery from surgery, and hope you sell it soon!
Thanks! Best part of the state IMO.
As an update, car has a current and valid CA emissions certificate. The stock manifolds and hpipe were reinstalled. If it can pass emissions in CA, then it would pass anywhere.

I have seen the car in person. It's a very nice build. Being in the automotive hobby for 20+yrs, I've never met anyone that puts more attention to detail into their builds than Chris.
TTT for you man, best of luck with the sale. That's a hell of a lot of car for the price.
