Default 2002 Z51 APS turbo LS2 built Corvette

**water in pics is runoff from washing it**

I am reposting with current pics here.

First off, I don’t want to give the impression that some folks do about “not being desperate” I own the car outright, no payments, it doesn’t need anything other than SMALL cosmetic things addressed. BUT!, I do want to sell it.

I realize that modded cars are unique and require the right person to purchase it. If you like reliable horsepower and want to save money because it’s done, than consider this car.

If you have never owned a high horsepower car (meaning 750+hp) Don’t start with this one.

I have own the car almost two years. I bought it “done.” I’ve built several cars, but didn’t want to spend the time doing it. I then had an unfortunate even where during one of our rainstorms, took it through a puddle and pushed water. Sucked it into the motor and hydrolocked it.

Then I was stuck with “What do I do?” Well I wanted to build it and do it right and got a severe case of “while youre in the-it is” Which now is what results in this car.

I have recently put another 20k into on top of what I purchased it for. I have all those receipts.

Engine specs:
H squared in Houston built the motor
Brand new LS2 block with stock bore and stroke
Callies Rods, Wiseco pistons
9.5:1 Compression
ARP main studs
Custom turbo cam
LS3 oil pump, new timing chain
LS7 lifters
243 heads with Manley SS valves, 3 angle valve job, Patriot Gold springs, titanium retainers
Stock rockers with Trunion upgrade
Ls2 intake manifold and throttle body
ARP head studs
Driveline:
RKT56 with G Force mainshaft
300M hardened shafts in the diff
DTE trans/diff brace
McLeod Twin clutch
Tick master Cylinder
New slave cylinder
Turbo Kit:
APS Twin turbo kit
Dallas Performance (FP) upgraded billet wheels (70/lb min per) with big compressor covers
Clipped turbine wheels
Turbosmart BOV
Tial wastegates
All SS boost lines to prevent melting
Turbowerx Scavenge Pump
Lots of heat sleeves etc
Magnaflow exhaust with electric cutouts
T bolts throughout
Moroso Breather tank
Sounds stockish with dumps closed
Fuel/Spark:
ID1000 Injectors
Racetronix 680lph Dual pump
PTFE -8AN feed
Aeromotive rails
Fuelab FPR with -6AN return lines
GM Truck Coils
MSD wires- new with build

Misc
AlkyControl meth dual nozzles
eBoost controller (6 settings) only 4 programed
AEM Fuel Pressure and wideband gauges in pillar
Wolfe Racecraft 4 point roll bar
HP Tuners Data log/wired
GM Spyder wheels
Corbeau A4 seats
Tigershark front bumper
Specterwerks rear bumper
B&M Shifter
Lots of sound deadening wrapped interior
Radio Flyer LED tails

During the build we
-rebuilt the turbos
-rebuilt motor
-cleaned up fuel lines and electrical
-new slave
-checked clutch
-new Nitto Drag radials
-New springs and shocks (C6 Z and Z51 parts)
-New battery
-New high output upgraded alternator (cures all the C5 electrical gremlins)
-All new AC system
-Retuned on the street, arguably better than dyno tuning due to actual street loads and not mimic’d loads on a dyno.
-tuned to 20 psi (high est setting on controller is only 18)
Previous owner made 763 @ 13lbs of boost on smaller turbos and built LS1)
-This is an honest 800-850 whp car possibly more.

Just had a paint correction done in Feb

The car has 103k
There is a crack in the paint on the front lower bumper near foglight
Headliner needs to be put back in (it was sagging so I took it out to reglue-all intact though)
The window tint sucks…it has a rub hole from the widow reg/motor going bad (which I replaced) and a wrinkle in the back hatch

There is a ton of money dumped into this car and would make an awesome toy for someone who can enjoy it!!!

The motor was built for a lot more power than this makes and done by a great shop who meticulously builds. It isn’t a big shop that has employee turnover like some other engine builders. One guy, the whole time.

I am looking for an honest 24,000.

Default Wow

Is this the car corvette Chris was selling? And if so, that means you ultimately built it even more? Either way, cool car. GLWS. 👍
