Default 1932 ford truck with C6 ZO6 modded, trade for modded C5 ZO6

1932 Resto truck has 2008 C6 ZO6 motor

Guys if you have a car, that you think I might like. Even if you are asking less, than I am for my truck. It never hurts to ask. If I would trade. You never know. For the right ZO6, I might be interested, in a even trade? I have tons of time and money in this build. And all that is left, to do is cosmetics. Truck is well sorted out, and drives and runs great.

$35,000 or the right vette trade.

Greenbrier, TN

possible trades
Gassers, C5 ZO6 vettes, modded prefer supercharged high HP car. but they must be as streetable as my truck. and run on 93 pump gas.

Really would like a C5 ZO6 supercharged car. But open to any interesting trade. It you think you have something, that might interest me. Please ask. You never know. I might like it

This is not a drag truck, but a street driven truck. That you can go to the track and race if you want to.

93 pump gas
15 to 18 MPG
drive down interstate 70 MPH
set in 3 to 4 hour traffic all day long & never runs hot
drive it to the track run low 6s in the 1/8 mile, then drive it home. With and over drive tranny you could drive it cross country, and get over 20MPG
Drive train is about bullet proof. But from all the wheelies, at the track. truck has stress cracks, and cracked windows, not a big deal to fix, I got a local body man, that I work with, that said he would fix all cracked windows an stress cracks in the cab, and repaint the cab for $1500. And if all you do is drive it, you would not have any problems. From the cracks getting any worse. But I like to drive it & on some occasions, race in Nostalgia events. So I left it like it is. from 20 feet away it looks great. As you will see in the pictures.
I have owned this truck around 20 years. just looking for something else, to play with after all these years. This truck could be daily driven if you wanted to. Has never ran hot, never failed to start, and other than cosmetics. is in great shape.

The truck has run a best of a 6.21 @ 112MPH in the 1/8 mile. With a gear change it should run high 5s on motor. Or a gear change & a overdrive tranny it could be driven anywhere. If you have a trade, You could drive here in your car. And drive the truck home.

Video of me out running. a hemi a/fx fuel injected, on alcohol. Hemi came over into my lane. I had to stand on the brakes, just past the finish line. Or he would have hit me. My buddy taking the video, put the camera down, and thought the guy was going to crash into me.. That is why at the end the video is not good.

Someone will get a good ride, if you what to trade.

Turned down trade on 61 vette drag car. Still looking for a C5 ZO6. If you have any ???????????? about the truck please ask. This truck can be driven across country, if you wanted to. Plus it is a 93 octane pump gas ride. And runs great at the track. But it is a street driven vehicle. Not an all out drag truck.

This says I was running NOS, but this was, a all motor pass on, real street tires. A hard tire, not a drag radial or soft compound. This was a new track record, for a hard tire. I lowered it to a 6.42 the next pass. 93 pump gas, all motor.

New info added. I just put new rear coilovers, on the truck,. Along with all new ladder bar rod ends. I am wearing the bolts out on the truck. I am retired, and bored. So I am just looking for, things to do to the truck. Really does not need anything, but the cosmetic work done. And I am not a paint & body guy, or I would do that to. If I don't trade it soon. I will get that done.

Thank you.

I have just had it for over 20 years. And looking for something different. Other than cosmetics, it is in great shape. With a gear change. I would not hesitate, to drive it cross country.

Here is interior picture. It is titled as a 1932. But it has parts from a 32 & 31 ford. And it has a cage in the cab only. It is tucked in close, on the inside of the cab, so it is had to see from outside the truck.
