I was just going to sell the 240sx and get a C5 so figured what the heck why not try to trade and see what happens. I'm asking $7000 for the 240sx and my location is Kissimmee, Florida. I'm looking for a Z06 or a FRC with a manual transmission of equal or lesser value. Now for the info on the 240sx:
I have my freshly painted(January 9th) Black with crimson red pearl 1995 Nissan 240sx for sale. The car is equipped with a healthy rebuilt 93’ KA24DE with a Smooth 5-speed transmission with many mods that I will list under. There is no rust anywhere on, in, or under the car. Power windows, mirrors, locks, and steering all function. The A/C works and blows cold; as well as the heater and rear defroster. The car has 164,125 miles on the body with approximately 93,000 miles on the motor. I got an alignment and oil change done at Osceola Speed Tire on the 14 of January. The interior of the car is in decent condition and has a double din radio but, could use some tlc. The two front tires are brand new and the rear two tires still have a bit of life on them, and they are wrapped around a set of clean 18 inch G35 coupe wheels. The car is extremely beautiful and healthy enough to stay a reliable daily for a really long while, ready for boost, or ready for you to swap your motor of choice. I’ve got the clean title and all the receipts for everything in my possession, ready for you.

Your car looks pretty clean. Some of the pictures could use some help though to really show it. Namely the interior shots and some of the exterior lighting aren't doing it justice.
You're going to be better off selling it outright though. Your comment of finding a Z06 of "equal or lesser value" than your asking price of $7,000 is completely unrealistic. I'm not trying to be rude, just think you may want to reset your expectations for budget. Good luck on your sale.
Beautiful Zenki, had a couple of them myself back in the day. Best of luck with the sale, probably better off selling it on Zilvia or CL. Unless some one has a 97-98 C5 auto, hard to imagine someone would trade straight up
