Another TTi X install
I spoke with George @ TTi the week before last and my kit is due to ship this week or next week. Now being a former shop owner I know that lead times and ship dates don't always hold true to form.
My AFR 225's are still not in yet but should be there sometime next week as well.
My internals are at the machine shop being balanced and my tub kits is just sitting collecting dust.
I guess that Chris has all my drivetrain parts sitting in the shop collecting dust waiting to be installed.
I know my Aquamist alky system is alive and well @ ECS because I dropped it off.
All of my electronics have been ordered along with some other goodies as well.
I know we'll be using HP Tunners software to set the car up on the dyno as that's what Doug wants to dial his car in with.
I can't wait to put my stock hood back on the car and have that stealth look again.
BTW I'm going to have some leftovers so if anybody wants PM me.
LPE LT's
EB ACI hood SOLD
CF fuel rails
21MC blower cam
HRE 540's
Hopefully Chris and Doug will keep you all posted as this project moves along being they aren't around the block from my house.

We have been in line and kept passing on the kit ship, sending it to the next person in line as his car was tied up still at another shop
.Well, he decided he couldnt wait anymore so its inroute to here instead of you..hehe. George didnt know if I was passing on this one or not till last thrusday.
Yano, I think your 1 or 2 back from Jay.

But I do know its 1/2 built but George just got back and they are looking at some of the issues Noob and Vetzilla had on a couple of the pipes so they are looking at the as I type. My guess is they will make a few changes and apply them to your kit before it ships. Its amazing how stuff fits one car and wont another. He has another car and doing an install on it and ran into some of the same issues that Tony and Mike did and is looking to address it.
Phil
That will give ECS some time to get a head start on the car.
PS, being the first "outside" install of the kit, I am actually really surprised there weren't more speed bumps along the way. If this inlet pipe is the only speed bump we all see, this will be a very successful kit.
Ya *****

Haha....Hell I just called to see how he was and to hear about him making 6 rounds in Pamona...
Noob, its possible but I think they have a big laundry list on Jays car to get installed before they need part 1. I dont suspect it will be long to get everything together.

What are you talking about with a big laundry list, we need our kit now.
Chris has assured me of the following:
He said he can build my forged 383, install my alky system, install my hardened outputs, install my cltuch, re pipe the exhaust, tub the car, install all the electronics and tune the car in just two days!

He did say however that the TTi X install was going to take four weeks.

- Sounds like an awesome setup!!! Jay - have Doug show you the green car when you are there.

I was hoping to have the kit within the first half of March. Sounds like that should be pretty doable.!!!! I think our track open day is March 20th.
