I will most likely add a Mag in the next year or so. From what I've read, you should get a custom tune if you have any other mods that go beyond basic mods like an intake and/or catback exhaust. With a cam upgrade and the headers you should get the custom tune.

I can't answer your question on how much HP the blower cam will add. I would guess 20 - 30 HP. Hopefully, someone else with more cam/FI experience will jump in and give you a better answer.

There has been one member (can't recall whom) that was able to run successfully with the tune that came with it; however, that as reported has been the BIG exception, as most folks have needed a custom tune.

My blower cam from 21st Century Muscle Cars provided about 40 rwhp, and much of that horsepower came at the higher end of rpms where the Maggie was running out of steam on its own. If you use one, you also should upgrade your springs.

Get a pro to tune it, LPE, ECS, A&A, etc. check other threads. My mn6 w/ headers does 465rwhp/456 lbft. Others with blower cams are pulling over 500. Hope this helps.
