Also the Nittos are great in the rain, Not a problem. Also I have run mine to over 135mph. The car felt fine and stable.

Next time I will go with the R2's because I only have 400rwhp.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with the DR's. I think I will be going with the R2's.

What kind of milage do you get out of the R2's... I know that is not the best question, I'm sure it is relative to the driving style . How long are these tires lasting? Two rear sets to each front purchased or milage?

I AGREE, i have b een running the R2s for a couple of months now on my 02 bolt on Z06 making only 383rwhp, and can tell you these tires seem like a great everday aggressive road race tire with same compound and tread design as the drag radial, and with stiffer side wall for road racing and great handling!!!!!! It is my understanding that if you don't abuse these bad boy and use them for normal type driving with a few spirtied runs of course, that you should be able to pull of 10K miles on the R2s (again, if your smoking them all the time that won't be the case, etc.).!

I think its about as good as it's going to get on anything short of an ET Street!

Just curious - what sizes of Nitto's are you running? I know I can fit the 305's on my rear Z06 rims, but I was worried they might rub against the rear brake duct cooling vents. Have you had this issue?

I have the 305 Nitto R2s in the back and there is absolutely 0 scrapping and they fit and handle like a stock tire!!!!
