Alky Kit
I placed the MAP sensor in the alum. knee bolster deal, the power block is mounted to the brace behind the radio/heater control on the side of the consol, the PAC box is slid down in the carpet along the tunnel, the control box is mounted under the ignition switch on the lower dash panel. I placed the led "on" light by the dash dimmer ****. Used the orange wire from the ignition switch for power. mounted the pump with S.S. bolts and ran all wires in loom. Even added a fuse for the 5 volt power supply. I can get to the fuses by removing the lower dash panel and the control are very easy to get to and easily hidden to not move once set.
Tested out the system and pump runs, seems to be okey dokey. I will set my turn on at 3 psi boost, and adjust fromt here. I dont want to spray much. I have only 5 psi max boost right now.
I am trying to use windshield washer fluid with high alky content.
I dont seem to get a low fluid light, does the door have to be shut to see the message??
Its really pretty easy to tuck all the wires in and place the componenets in good areas. I feel my choices work very well.
The nozzle was placed in teh 10-11 o-clock posisiton on the plenum , I feel this is the highest I could go and never tag the hood.
I have never dealt with better vendorsm (or people) than the ones I have dealt from the forum.
KUDOS TO DTE (PHIL) for my maggie and tune...he is the best in the area in my books.
ALSO like to thank ECS for the shirts and prompt return calls. PLus DOn fron ALky systems, his kit is great. You get what you pay for...
now, when it stops raining, I am going to warm up the BFG's

Good Luck
