My NOS shot hits too hard for the tires on launch, I'm looking for a reliable way to soften the initial shock. Anyone with first-hand experience with a NOS progressive controller?

NOS makes a good controller . Nitrous Express is just about to release their Maximizer (Version # 2 ) made by FJO pretty soon, It has alot more features and is the going to be the best Nitrous Controller out just like their first one ...... A Progressive Nitrous Controller is very beneficial especially on saving Your Motor and Drivetrain , It reduces the hard hitting shock of Nitrous on both especially with a Big Shot .
I have been looking into controllers also. So far I have found the Maximizer, the NX Power Sports Controller PN 15835, and one made by BMN racing technologies.
The Maximizer does a lot of stuff but must be programed.
The NX unit has external adjustable dials.
The BMN is adjustable but it looks like you have to take the cover off. It also has a 1 st gear lock out feature.
Is anyone using any of these and how do you like it?
Thanks for the input guys. John Phillips from Nitrous Express is going to install the latest version of the Maximizer and a data logger for monitoring and recording air/fuel ratios.
I bought a Jacobs Nitrous Mastermind, but decided to go with an MSD window switch instead. Not sure if it works with the LS1. I never checked. Ill sell for $180 if anyones interested.
