Does anyone have experience with the NOS 08031 Direct port LS1 NOSzle system? I have been looking for a while and this seems to be the best for what im looking for (100-125 shot). No puddling of fuel and no dependence on the ECU for the extra fuel. I would like any info you have before I buy this. BTW, my car is a '97 A4 coupe that is stock for now. I will eventually be adding LT headers, x-pipe, catback(most likely borla), and probably a Vararam.
I had the NOSzle system on my '02 Vette for awhile before removing the NOS in favor of a Procharger. My concern with the NOSzle system was the relatively small orifice of the individual fuel jets (.010" - .014" for a 100 -150 hp shot) for 58-62 psi fuel pressure. I was concerned that such small jets could clog with debris and lean out a cylinder.
A good n2o and fuel filter are in order. This kit can be made to work quite well, as long as it's a newer one. Some of the early models had some problems, but they have been worked out. Your fuel system should be fine for the hp hit your going to do.
Someone recently pointed me to the NX's NXL kit. The install looks much cleaner since it uses a combination fuel/nitrous rail. Is this kit comparable? It seems to me to be basically the same thing with a cleaner install and a different name.
I heard the same thing.. the older nozzle kit had issues due to the ls1/6 injectors are on an angle. Here is a pic of my NXL kit.

FYI: if you're looking for this exact setup, PM me. I'm selling my NXL kit as I figure I'll rarely spray... if at all.
