Default LS2 402 Solid Roller on Boost is it Possible?????

I am really thinking of doing this. I would love the lowend torque of a stroker plus the highend potential of a solid roller.

Can this be done? I have already sent an email to Andy. Which blower
D1 / F1R or wait on the Kenne Bell?

What has to be done to the heads for a solid roller cam, I remember that some additional machining is needed. Plus I will need adjustable rockes. I am thinking of AFR heads but which ones I don't know.

Any other ideas?

I have one of Andy's LS2 402's with a 224/228 hydraulic and its very strong for an NA engine at both 2500 and 5500 rpm.

At Andy's open house party I asked him to start up his 441 NA w/solid roller engine and was amazed at the lack of valve noise, In fact it seemed quieter than most hydraulic setups!
So I have been thinking the same thing.

I have AFR 225's, FAST intake and 90 mm thottle body, but it's a daily driver and I don't want any more cam duration, so I thought that a solid roller with the same duration and more lift would be a way to get more power with the same driving characteristics and still pass smog.

Perhaps some solid rooler guys could chime in!

May the BOOST be with you!
