i have random cats and i want to gut them, how do you remove the guts from them, what about removing them and put a small piece of tubing in its place, is it worth it also, and the 02 sensors what to do

This works great. It's better to put a tube through them so as not to get turbulence. Just eliminate the rear O2s with LS1 edit.

Bill,
With your HP level you will blow out your cats in no time.
Cut them out and weld up a tube or get an off road xpipe.
It will sound better too.
Jon
Jon, any details for us about this? What kind of movie, etc.
Thanks and congrats on that deal!
John

Only if the tuner hasn't a clue how to tune with cats in line. HP level should not limit the life of the cats.

Generally most tuners go for safe AFR, which unfortunately is not CAT friendly. On stock bottom end 11.5-12.0 AFR can be the norm which tends to chew up CATS.
