I'm a little unsure about what you're asking. Do you want to know what cylinder heads to buy (per the title of the thread) or any mod you can do to better your 1'4 times? Also, are you looking to simply break into the tens, or are you looking for bigger gains?
You're .07 seconds away from running in the 10s, so I would try adding a longtube header/cat/x-pipe package first. You could crack tens without having to go into the motor this way.
If you're asking what heads to go with, AFR seems to be the best, but they're pricey. If you're just wanting to reach tens, there are cheaper options, like some stage 2 ported ls1 heads.
Since you already have the procharger, you could also save up for a forged bottom end. A&A sells one for $3,500. Then you could up the boost.
