As some of you know I have had to do a lot to my motor to make it run good and look good since I got the car back. I have been asked to see some pictures of the new work that has been done so here you go. Keep in mind the pipes still need a lot more polishing and cleaning. Thanks Randy and Chris for all your hard work. Randys Fab work is amazing.
Before (the way the car came back to me.)
After (reworked alum 4 inch piping, Alum Shroud, reloacted MAF, Tial BOV, AMW catch Can, Hump hoses, Tbolts, and a lot of carbon fiber)
I am very happy thus far.
Jon
Dude,
That color is BEAUTIFUL. It reminds me of the 91 Callaway Twin Turbo areobody that was at a chevy dealer near my house growing up. The paint is sick and so is the motor. Very, very nice!!!
Looks like you started polishing Jon. Now that we know the coolant problem is taken care of we'll have to get the shround mounted. Do not forget the custom shroud underneath to direct air up into the radiator.
Hey Jon..........LOOKING GOOD I saw your first pictures of you engine bay when you got it back for MTI Mom always said if you don't have anything nice to say Anyway looks SHARP NOW
Opps forgot something...you did not mention the frayed wires we repaired and or replaced.
You are right, I did forget about the lower custom shroud that works awesome and all those wires you did the right way...you da MAN!! Thanks and its awesome that you help others the way you do.
Jon
Yo give me a call.. I will send you down the intake piece polished to get rid of that plastic air bridge ..
WOW, are you serious. I am at a loss, thanks so much. That would be awesome. I wish my car went to ECS the first time.
Will be giving you a call sometime soon.
Hey Jon, that looks awesome. Nice Job EatRice, that is really great of you to take care of a fellow corvette brother like that. Extremely commendable!!!
Jon, is your car still going to be used in the Miami Vice movie?
BTW, I was shocked to see that work from MTI. I'd heard good things. I would have expected more since they new the car was going to be used in a movie...
