??? On ECS Alky kit install

For those who have installed there own ECS Alky kit....is there any problem with connecting the red lead of the fused power box directly to the orange ign wire just below the key cyclinder. The instructions say to connect there but I already have a the blue lead to my guages in my pod connected there. Just curious if the Alky pump will draw to0 many amps and overload the circuit. I know the guages do not draw much...but I have to figure that the Alky pump draws a lot due to its size

You will be fine.

The gauges you hooked up more than likey draw less that 1amp max.

Looked up typical 150 PSI diaphragm pump that can be used in automotive app.

60 PSI 8.0 Amps
140 PSI 11.8 Amps

Assuming 12VDC.
