I just wanted to give a public thankyou to Doug and Chris. I am not saying anything everyone already didnt know but they are both awesome and great customer service. I have bugged the heck out of them ( just got there bracket, tensioner and ps brace). They even answered my questions on Sat evening and sent pics sat morning, I have had problems with the larger crank pully I have and bracket clearance in the past,now they are helping out with that also. Just wanted to say thanks in public guys. I ususally dont do that but just felt compelled to do so

Man....Those guys SUCK!! I wouldn't order crap from them!! 
Obviously they do rock, I grilled Chris too over all kinds of issues and he still responds to my questions!! lol...they do really rock! Can't wait to get my Novi kit!!

BTW, Doc, I couldn't agree with you more. ECS is top shelf. The best thing is that in the past 2 years, as their business has grown ever so more successful, Chris and Doug have remained the same extremely helpful individuals to both customers and those calling for a bit of advice.
