02 Z06 procharged Vette has been sitting for 2 month. ( I know I know hard to believe) anyhow battery was dead so I charged it and it fired right up. It has a full tank of gas. I am thinking of taking it this weekend for a road trip. Anything I should have checked out before I do so?

You should be fine. We store our cars all winter and then juice up the battery come spring. That's it.

I kinda figured it was fine I just would hate to have an issue on the road as I am heading south for a poker game. God knows I don't want to miss that.

I disconnect my battery when storing it over the winter . I usually rehook and start her up every 3 to 4 weeks . You should be fine in your case . Might want to think about disconnecting during any sort extended storage times. This way there is no need to recharge . Only takes 10 secs.
