What to do...
Aloha gents,
Been thinking hard about my current intake config... My Z came with the Vortex Rammer CAI already installed and as I haven't any maintenance guides on how to take care of it (do you clean the actual air filter or replace it?), I'm thinking about going back to the stock setup. How much trouble would that be and any idea of the cost? I’m guessing it won’t be cheap, what will I need? A new shroud, air-box, stock filter? Can I keep the after-market duct and smooth coupler? Big question & my biggest concern… Will it mess up any computer settings or MAF (pretty sure it’s still stock)? What other option do I have, any suggestions out there? Any and all help appreciated!!!

Why go back to stock? To clean the filter just take off the cover, reach in and remove the clamp and then the filter. If it is a K&N just rinse it with their cleaning solution, let it dry recoat it and put it back in, it's not hard and they work well.
