can anyone chime in about the pro's and cons of the stock A&A BOV over a aftermarket one.

Some variables that come to mind are MAF location, how much flow and boost level. The plastic ATI piece can leak and does not flow allot, so if used on high boost/flow it may not be appropriate. If you have Vortech unit they work well and can be routed back to compressor inlet keeping system a little quieter. The Tial flows allot of air and seals well.
It really depends on layout and supercharger type (actually more flow and pressure ratio).
