theres no patent on any particular set up, mine is all different but servers the same consept.

Compitaton is good in this case here. I can not see any reason why box costs $450. Stainless steel or not

FYI, I believe it's for tank and associated fittings and available in SS.
I agree that competition is good... for the consumer that is.
