P1220 TP Sensor 2 Circuit
P1221 TP Sensors 1, 2 Performance
Looks like the TP sensor(s) is cooked. I'll look up more in my service manual.

I figured it's something to do with the TPS, the throttle body itself, or perhaps the MAF. Any help would be appreciated!!!

THe throttle position sensor is actually 2 sensors in one. One holds high voltage with the blade closed, the other zero volts closed. One drops voltage as you open the throttle, the other increases voltage. P1220 is set when one of the two isn't operating within spec, and p1221 sets when tp 2 disagrees with tp 1 by more than 7.5%. Long story short - you need a trip to the dealer or a service manual or both. Good luck.

Will double check that area. Anyone got a real good pic of that area by chance?

Pull the TPS and see if there's moisture in there.. clean/dry it.

When Jon leaves here shortly to go join the 69 Camullet forum, will they let Randy back?

I guess we re-did the throttle body plug, and found that messed up plug wire, and were over confident, sorry abou that.
Randy most likely won't be back....not without a few appologies from what i understand.

Didn't see any, but the the accordian insulation on the plug was all bunched up on one side, causing it to pull loose. I cleaned it up and plugged it back in, and it seems good to go.
