I finally finished installing my new forged 346 and P1 from Andy. And by the way, my son and I have bugged Andy way too much for help and he has been a SAINT. THANKS ANDY!!! If I ever need more toys for my vette, you're the first place I am going to call. We have one remaining problem that we can't solve and I need some suggestions as to how to proceed. I have a 98 A4 and the back two injectors (42# I think) just refuse to seal. We have gone through more than a half dozen o-rings on each one. They keep leaking. We take the injectors back out, and most of the time, the o-rings look fine. Also, I have looked into and felt around the inside of the fuel rail opening and I don't feel or see anything wrong. I never had a problem with an injector leak before.
Are there any special o-rings that anyone can recommend? Or is there something that I could coat the o-rings with to get them to seal??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. It has been several months since we started this project, and I am sorely missing driving my vette.

Thanks in advance,

When ever I put them in I always put some petroleum jelly on them, been doing it for years. It helps you to slide them in without cocking the o-rings.
I would make sure that the rails are bottomed out and that the lines are not keeping them from seating.. I am sure I am not telling you anything you don't know already
Thanks for the suggestion. I haven't worked on an engine since I souped up my 76 vette years ago. These engines are so much more complicated. I can't wait to get this car to the tuner so I can see what she will make.

Thanks Again,

With a completely stock Z motor and a P1 my car made 575 RWHP and 475 RWT with a personal tune.
