When my maggie was installed the crank was pinned. After a cam swap does the crank have to be re-pinned and new crank bolt? Or just a new crank bolt? Thanks
Pin should be reinstalled. Line it up when reinstalling harmonic balancer. It may take a couple of attempts at lining it up. Tap the pin back in place and then reinstall crank bolt.

Re-use the old crank pin and pop for an ARP crank bolt and torque to 150lbft and you'll be good as gold.
And you'll never have to replace the crank bolt again, just keep reusing it every time you remove it for any reason.
And it won't come loose because of the pin there can be no relalitive motion between the crank and the balancer.

Not having to go to that sick 240ft/lbs is a nice benefit to pinning. However, there are some which have noticed pinned setups which have definitely tried to spin... I'd get closer depending on the size of the blower pulley.

Yep and thats because they are using a stock balancer with a cast hub and a round pin splint between the crank and hub.
Ideally the crank should be machined for a woodrif key and so should the balancer.
I used the ATI balancer with a steel hub and dual pinned it with the ATI kit that uses 2- 3/16 hardened steel dowels perpendicular to the centerline of the crank.
It's more work and more money but the peace of mind is worth it in the long run. JMHO
