today i was told by my builder that ATI just released there 10 rib system and or cog drive system for 97-00 C-5, i tryed a few years ago to devolope a cog drive but i was not successful.
ATI says this cog system will fit and is 100% relieable, you dont have to crank the belt down for slippage.
My big question is , has any one else heard about this and or is it worth it to change from my 8 rib set up. Im running 15psi but i due tend to have belt slippage.
A picture of what a hood looks like after the heads fly through them?
Mark
This sounds interesting, keep us posted, on another note I have hit 20.5 psi with ECS bracket and no slip, but now am running 15-16 just to sleep better

does this work with a and a brackets or do you have to have ati brackets
standing next to my car while its running is a ear pearcing joy. My F1-R with a 4" pulley and the relocated blow off really gets you thinking what the f____k! is under the hood, if the cog drive works and doesnt snap thats all I'm thinking about, driving down the road and coming off the throtle is a blast with the mondo up front so the cog noise really isnt a big deal for me..Happy Holidays Bill

I hope it works for you, but I have to say that the guys at Vette Doctors pioneered that years ago and had nothing but problems with belt teeth ripping off etc. (I think) Either way, it came off Major Sprays car rather quickly.
Good luck
Not that it matters, but the ATI Bill is referring to is not the ATI that makes Prochargers. It is the other ATI that makes pulleys and trans parts.( I am a lot more likeley to belive them)
Another problem may be that there are a VERY limited number of belts available.
