Yep - had one on my car. On low boost, 10 psi, 585 rwhp, 570 rwtq, it performed well. Pedal effort is about the same as stock (very friendly), take-up is nice and easy too. On high boost, the clutch still held the power (650 rwhp), but the clutch would heat up, and then you'd lose the pedal - and you wouldn't be able to shift out of that gear until it cooled - so now I have the exceedy twin disc which is a monsterous effort clutch with no slipping allowed. The Luk Pro Gold is a fabulous clutch as long as you're below 600 rwhp/tq.
Luk pro clutch is the Stock Z06 Clutch disc and pressure plate with Fidanza aluminum flywheel.

Hi Phil,
Since you will probably be getting the car this winter for the clutch install and other things we talked about, I'll be calling you about this too!
I guess if this is the case then you would recommend the New Z06 clutch over this one.....

Haha, Yea I am installing another LS7 Clutch and a maggie for a guy from the other side of the state. If you want to see how it feels see if you can swing to this side of the world next weekend. The LS7 is a real tough clutch to beat for the "tweener" power guys.

I had the LUK Pro Gold installed with my head/cam package. It was perfect with that setup. Pedal action feels pretty much like stock...maybe 10% stiffer. But, now that I have switched to a TT setup, the clutch is not up to the the task but it was never advertised to hold the power I'm runnning now. I think the Pro Gold is rated to 575 at the flywheel.
I'll run the LUK until it craps out then go to a RPS, Textralia, or Cartek clutch.
You have to adjust the LUK to it's highest setting. It's a great clutch once it's adjusted. I use them all the time.
BTW: It's made by the same company as the Z06 clutch but the lining is of a different material.

Andy;
Will either the LUK or the C6 Z06 clutch hold up OK to 600 horse? Occasional drag strip use?
Which of the two is better? What do you mean by "adjust to it's highest setting?
Any experience yet with Cartek?
Thanks.

The LUK is the same plate as the stock Z06 and has 3 slide tabs that adjust the preload on the plate. Even adjusted to full load I dont see them holding up to 600hp regularly.

I've ben running one for over a year. The only isue that I found was when I slipped it. Do not do this...that's the weakness. If you're into drag racing you may also want to look at something else for over 600rwhp apps but for street use and road track use it'll work fine--just my experience.
