I ended up with ECS package. ECS uses Paxton, which is similar to Votech, but I like Paxton better. Did lots of reading on those two, and in one review, it pointed out that Paxton uses a newer technology to create boost. It generates less heat, more quiet, flow more air and it's more advance than it's sister Vortech head unit.
