In my opinion there is not a good single pump for 750RWHP, I have tried a few things such as Bosch intank 315LPH running @ 21Volts under boost. Installing an intank pump in an 04 is a major disassembly of the car. I recently installed ECS's 2nd paralell pump configuration. It is not a simple install, but compared to other alternatives it is a very nice solution. Probably the simplest good solution available. My setup did not use all of the ECS's solution, only because of some bad advice from another vendor, I had already installed a larger internal Bosch pump with a BAP. 700RWHP was all it had. I now hold pressure @ 732 RWHP, without a BAP, it is time to move on, now that I can supply enough fuel for more HP's.
Call ECS
I have ECS's Custom '04 fuel system and it has been supporting 750+rwhp with no problems. As stated, I would call Chris or Doug at ECS @ 609-752-0321 and talk to them about your specific needs. They will not sell you anything that you don't need unlike a lot of other shops out there just trying to make a sell. I hope this helps and good luck.
Do any of you guys know if anyone has come out with a fuel pump for an '04 able to support 750+ HP?
Strictly speaking of pumps and not fuel path or how its regulated...
I don't mean to muddy the water but I wonder if the new C6Z06 in-tank pump is compatible with the 03L-up setup and capable of being overdriven (BAP) to produce the volume necessary for your requirment. If so, that might be the cleanest setup... albeit very labor intensive.
