LQ9 heads with Boost
Anyone running stock 6.0L heads 72cc or the Patriot Performance GM LQ9 6.0L Stage III Heads on FI car. What boost level have you been able to run safely with a stock bottom end. I am dealing with a stock C5 with a Twin Trubo STS kit. I thought I would get some options before I just order a set of Patriot III heads and started turning up the boost to 8-10psi.

I had them on my car made good hp but I was having a lifting problem the deck is to thin so I put a set of afr heads problem solved. When I had the patriots on their and only 7 lbs of boost never had a problem but do yourself favor cause you will allways want more so get the afr heads they can hold alot more boost
