Koolsox - does anyone use these?

Are these really needed? Anyone using them? I would wrap these around my fuel lines if anything, they get super hot w/h the maggie spinning for a few hours...

They are a must if you are running headers. I've used them for years. I never thought about wrapping my fuels lines with them. Interesting idea...

I run them, but they have a lot of dirty finger prints on them.

well, I got the idea cuz I'm getting a shipment for industrial use from Koolmat...I can get a large roll of the stuff so it's not nicely finished at the ends, I plan on just tucking it in a bit and clamping everything. I'll report my findings once it's done. If anyone needs any of it, pm me, and I'll see what I have left.

btw, dirty fingers?? no man, the stuff I'm getting is red not the plain light colored type!

yep !!! i use have burned threw a few as well so headers run a little to close... where i also run them is on clutch line's close to bell houseing

sumit carries a thermo/foil type tube insulator that comes in a rool made just for this. Its cut to any length. I have some at home for my car. We I get home from work I will post the part number...
